Returns Policy
At Aquatalia (the “Site”), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
- Most items purchased through the Site are eligible for return, provided the return request is made within 35 days from the date your order ships.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Products marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item:
- Use the Site’s Return Portal to begin the return process. Follow the step-by-step guide to obtain the return-shipping label.
- Pack the merchandise in its original packaging, exactly as you received it.
- Arrange shipment via a trusted carrier or drop the package off at a designated carrier location.
Please note: Aquatalia does not assume responsibility for items lost in transit during return shipping.
3. Non-Returnable or Restricted Items
- Items labeled as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Sale prices do not apply to previous purchases; returns will reflect the price paid.
4. Issues with Delivery
If your order was damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered, you must notify us within 14 days of the shipping date. If we are not notified within this period, we may be unable to assist with a replacement or refund.
5. Return Processing & Refunds
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection:
- We will process your refund and credit the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Please allow reasonable time for delivery and processing — typically 10 to 15 business days from when you ship the return.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time (for example, up to two billing cycles) before the refund is reflected on your account.
6. Shipping Costs & Return Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
- Items lost in transit during return are not the responsibility of Aquatalia.
7. Important Notes & Terms
- Returned items must arrive in their original condition. Any sign of wear, use, or missing tags/packaging may result in ineligibility for refund.
- The returns policy applies only to purchases made through the official Site.
- Aquatalia reserves the right to amend or update this Returns Policy at any time. Changes will become effective once posted on the Site.
